Get on your bike because La Larr Ba Gauwa Park will open to riders from noon on Friday 9 March! That means you can spend the long weekend shredding 34 kilometres of purpose built mountain bike trails at Harcourt!
The trails take advantage of the Park’s stunning views and natural granite features. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, we’ve got you covered.
La Larr Ba Gauwa Park has everything from a leisurely beginners’ loop to long flowy cross-country rides and technically challenging trails featuring chutes, berms, drops, jumps and rock gardens.
Once you arrive in Harcourt, park your car in town and cycle to La Larr Ba Gauwa via the off-road path that runs alongside Market Street and Picnic Gully Road. That will take you to the Trail Head where you’ll be able to choose from 11 trails.
If you’re heading to La Larr Ba Gauwa for the long weekend, make sure you enjoy everything the Harcourt Valley has to offer. The region is brimming with relaxing cafes, award-winning wineries and cideries, plenty of outdoor activities and accommodation options.
