The Muckleford State Forest trails feature flowing single track, gentle gradients and a few rocky sections, best suited to riders of an intermediate level, with reasonable fitness.
The ride will take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery and chat.
The Rocky Riders mobile cafe will be on site! If you have the time, hang back after the ride, join us to enjoy a fully catered morning tea at the trailhead!

You will need your helmet, spares, ride snacks and water.
Children aged 16 years or under are welcome on our rides, and need to be accompanied by an adult, and are suited to the ride description.
It’s not compulsory, but riders are encouraged to have their own cycling insurance with AusCycling or Bicycle Network, select Castlemaine Rocky Riders as your club to register as a member of the Castlemaine Rocky Riders.
