Attention junior riders!
We’re only one month away from another exciting Dirt Crits series and registrations are now open! Dirt Crits is our annual junior cross country mountain bike race series, consisting of 10 rounds of mountain biking fun (5 in Nov-Dec 2025, 5 in Feb-Mar 2026) on our beloved “baco” (Walmer) trails!
We run a handicapped format, with individual start times and laps to complete calculated based on week-to-week lap times. So on any given week, anyone can win! As usual, we will be running two categories: Dirt Cubs (age 3-7, approx 1km course) and Dirt Masters (ages 8-14, approx 2km course).
Dirt Crits is all about fun. We encourage riders of all abilities to come and have a go, either to compete, or to just roll around and enjoy our local trails in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Cost of entry for each week of racing is just a gold coin donation.
Rider Resgitration and Insurance
All riders require a Rocky Riders (or other AusCycling/Bicycle Network) membership so they are covered by insurance while riding. Riders not holding a current membership need to sign up on the day.
